What type of shoes should I wear?
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outside in the grass weather permitting, so please plan footwear accordingly
Which events will be indoor vs ourdoor?
Weather pending, the baseball game, duck boat tour, and ceremony will all be outside so please dress accordingly! In the event of inclement weather for the baseball game or duck boat tour we will communicate to those who RSVP'd about any changes in plans.
The welcome reception is indoor/outdoor but may get a bit chilly later in the evening as well.
The wedding reception and backup rain plan for the ceremony are both inside a heated tent :)
Can I bring a date?
We're so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Thank you for understanding that we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes there is!
Will there be transportation provided?
Yes!
Transportation will be provided to and from the Fairmont Copley Hotel & Boston Marriott Cambridge Hotel.
Shuttle Schedule for the Fairmont Copley:
Guests will be picked up at 3:15pm to head to the ceremony
Shuttles will be available at 8:00pm & 10:00pm
Shuttle Schedule for the Boston Marriott Cambridge:
Guests will be picked up at 2:45pm to head to the ceremony
Shuttles will be available at 8:00pm & 10:00pm
